What your quote will make clear
Third-party software, hosting and AI usage are additional unless explicitly included. Your written quote confirms the total payable, any applicable VAT, payment stages, access, ownership and support terms before work begins. No payment is taken through this website.
Before we start
Practical questions, clear answers.
How do we know whether it is worth the cost?
We compare the current process with the pilot: task volume, time spent, error rates and review effort. We then consider the full build and running costs. Time freed up is useful capacity, but it is not automatically a cash saving. We do not guarantee a fixed saving or return.
What is the difference between an agent and an automation?
A conventional automation follows defined steps. An AI agent can use a model to interpret information and choose among permitted actions. We choose the simplest approach that fits, with boundaries and review steps suited to the task.
Can you connect our existing tools?
We assess the available APIs, permissions and subscriptions for each system. Microsoft 365, spreadsheets and CRM workflows are examples to explore, not a promise that every integration will be possible or included.
How will you handle our data?
Before any project uses business data, we agree what is needed, which providers process it, access permissions, processing locations and retention. Start with synthetic or suitably redacted examples. Do not send CVs, patient records, passwords or confidential documents in an initial enquiry.
What if the pilot does not justify a rollout?
There is no obligation to buy implementation or care. The pilot fee covers the agreed work and findings. Acceptance criteria and any remedies are set out in the written agreement; this is not a blanket money-back or time-saving guarantee.
What happens if we cancel ongoing care?
Care ends at the end of the paid monthly period, with no new care charge for the following period if you cancel before renewal. We agree handover and system ownership in the project contract. Separately billed hosting, licences and AI usage may still be needed to keep the workflow running.
